Join us for the very first 38th+CHI Art Crawl during our monthly Open HeARTh on Friday, August 21, from 5:00–7:00 PM!

Explore our current exhibition, a cage so light [you hardly feel it], a solo exhibition by Samael Leopold-Sullivan. From 5:30-6:30pm, you'll have the opportunity to watch the artist demonstrate the encaustic photo transfer process.

The shop will also be bustling with a spoon forging workshop in preparation for the upcoming Bowls and Spoons Harvest Feast from 4-7pm. Feel free to walk the shop and see where your local fire arts artists make their work! Maybe it’ll inspire you to make some work of your own!!
